This special issue of the Journal of Student Affairs Inquiry, Improvement and Impact brings together the intersecting worlds of career services and assessment to explore how higher education can more effectively measure and support students' post-graduation success. Responding to a growing national focus on career outcomes, the edition offers innovative frameworks, practices, and data-informed approaches that move beyond first-destination metrics to more holistic, equitable measures of career readiness and achievement.
