Hypothesis: Research Journal for Health Information Professionals
Hypothesis is the official, open access, peer-reviewed journal of the Medical Library Association (MLA) Research Caucus, published continually since 1987. Hypothesis provides a venue for original library research and research-related content, including research studies and reflections on the process in order to encourage a broader, reflective conversation among MLA members, health science librarians and informationists, and librarians interested in research.
Over the years, we've made some pioneering efforts, including a new journal platform, new article types like, Hypothesis: Failure that encourages us all to share hard-learned lessons or Community Commentaries; and a revival of the Research Mentor column.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to discuss ideas or questions you may have.
