  The call for the November issue of ENGAGE! invites community/university collaborating researchers who are addressing housing and homelessness to contribute to the upcoming issue. Submissions should be made by September 15^th, 2024. The journal is encouraging social program developers, grassroots innovators, policy leaders, activists, community and faith-based service providers, scholars and others to contribute as we advance community engaged and community based participatory research.

  ENGAGE! editors invite you to submit manuscripts,  as well as pieces reflecting the visual and performing arts, for first of three issues to be published in 2022.
  
  Published by the IUPUI Office of Community Engagement, ENGAGE! is committed to advancing the field of community engaged research (CEnR) and community based participatory research (CBPR) evaluation and assessment in urban settings, nationally and internationally.

  A distinctive characteristic of the journal is that articles must be conceptualized, written and disseminated with a community partner. We invite empirical, conceptual, and theoretical articles that make substantial contributions to the field. How are communities consulted during creative processes and engaged in art forms placed in public spaces? And how are communities involved in co-creating research about various art forms. ENGAGE! editors ask for submissions that center these questions.
