Author Biography

Jordan Jekel

Jordan Jekel graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law
in May 2024. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Health Care Law
& Policy and as a Student Attorney in the Public Health Law Clinic. She is currently working in
big law through the Legal Innovators program. Jordan thanks Professor Frank Palumbo for his
