Dr. Feryal Salem is Associate Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies and Director of the Master of Divinity in Islamic Studies and Muslim Chaplaincy at American Islamic College. Recognized by CNN as one of the “25 Influential American Muslims” for her contributions to higher education, Salem also serves on several national professional boards, engages in international scholarly exchange, and is the author of such books as The Emergence of Early Sufi Piety and Sunnī Scholasticism (Brill, 2016) and Isagoge: A Primer in Classical Logic (Blue Mountain Press, 2022).
